Data you write in the chat on the website.

3. Why we process data and on what basis
To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
To keep the website and chat operational and protected: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest.
4. Chat and artificial intelligence
The chat on the website operates on the SendPulse platform. Some responses are generated by an AI assistant using Anthropic models; this is disclosed at the beginning of the conversation. Chat messages are transmitted to these services to generate a response. Do not enter document numbers or other sensitive data in the chat.
5. Who we share data with
Web3Forms: delivers messages from the form to our email.
SendPulse: chat platform.
Anthropic: AI models for chat responses.
Vercel: website hosting.
Some of these services may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer is carried out on the grounds provided for in Chapter V GDPR.
We do not sell your data.
6. How long we retain data
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond and continue working with you, but no longer than required by law. At your request, we delete them earlier.
7. Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, and you may object to processing. Write to hello@tobi4you.io. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Poland, this is UODO.
8. Cookies
The website does not use cookies for advertising or its own analytics. The SendPulse chat widget may store data in your browser that is necessary for the chat to operate.
9. Changes
We update this policy when our processes change. The current version is always available on this page.
